Apple Crisp! (Single Serve)


Of all the single serve desserts that I make, this one is on repeat in my house! All you need is 1 apple to make this delicious apple crisp. It is bursting with flavor, easy to make, and has the most perfect crisp on top!


Ingredients:

-1 Granny Smith apple

-1 teaspoon brown sugar

-1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Crisp topping:

-2 tablespoons quick rolled oats

-2 tablespoons brown sugar

-1 tablespoon flour (you can substitute GF flour)

-1 tablespoon salted butter (cold & cubed)

-1/8 teaspoon cinnamon

Next Step:

-Preheat oven to 350 F and take out a ramekin.

-Slice (and peel) the apple into small cubes.

-Sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon. Mix and pour into your ramekin.

-In a separate bowl combine the oats, brown sugar, flour, butter, and cinnamon.

-Using your hands blend until a nice crumble forms.

-Sprinkle the crumble all over the apples.

-Bake for 25 minutes.

-Serve immediate with a big scoop of vanilla ice cream!
