3 Cheese Fusilli!

This is such a great weeknight dinner! It is SO delicious, easy to make, and can be ready and on the table in 20 minutes. This meal is definitely a family favorite in my house!

Ingredients:

-1 box of fusilli

-1 28oz can of San Marzano Crushed Tomatoes

-1/2 teaspoon dried basil

-1/4 teaspoon dried oregano

-1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes

-1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper

-1/8 teaspoon salt

-2 cloves of garlic (chopped)

-1/4 cup sharp provolone (grated)

-1/4 overflowing cup of fresh mozzarella (shredded)

-1/4 overflowing cup of fresh parmesan (grated)

Garnish:

-5 Large fresh basil leaves (ribboned)

-1/2 cup fresh mozzarella (cubed small)

-1/4 cup fresh parmesan (grated)

Next Step:

-Boil a large pot of water on the stovetop.

-In a small pot on the stove top add the crushed tomatoes, dried basil, oregano, red pepper flakes, pepper, salt, and garlic. Mix and simmer for 10-15 minutes.

-Once boiling add salt and cook the fusilli to al dente.

-Drain the pasta and then immediately put back into the same pot.

-Pour 1/2 of the sauce over the pasta and add the provolone, mozzarella, and parmesan.

-Mix so all of the cheese melts into the pasta.

-Serve into bowls and top off with a little extra sauce, cubed mozzarella, a sprinkle of parmesan, and fresh basil ribbons.

-ENJOY!!
