Super Smoothie Lunch Bowl

These smoothie bowls are great for a nutritious breakfast, lunch, mid-day snack, or even dessert! They are packed with fruit, protein, and veggies.


Prep time: 8 minutes Cook time: 5 minutes

Ingredients:

-3/4 cup frozen strawberries

-3/4 cup frozen blueberries

-1/4 cup chopped kale (stems removed)

-1/2 cup of vanilla greek yogurt

-1/2 cup water (add more or less/ based on the thickness of your liking)

-1 teaspoon of hemp seeds

-4 strawberries (washed, dried, and sliced)

-handful of raspberries (washed, dried, and sliced)

-handful of blueberries (washed, dried, and sliced)

-1/2 banana sliced

-Gluten free chocolate hazelnut granola (or any granola of your choice)


Next step:

-Add your frozen strawberries, frozen blueberries, hemp seeds, kale, yogurt, and water to your blender.

-Blend until a thick, smooth consistency.

-Pour into a bowl and top with fresh sliced strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, banana, and granola.
