Chocolate Chip Protein Banana Bread! (Single Serve)


For those times when you are craving homemade banana bread but don't want to make a whole loaf, try this amazing single serve protein banana bread! It is healthy, easy to put together, and so delicious! It is packed with potassium, vitamin C, probiotics, fiber, and protein!


Ingredients:

-1 ripe banana

-1 egg

-1 tablespoon honey

-1 tablespoon pure maple syrup

-1 tablespoon salted butter (melted)

-1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

-3 tablespoons flour

-1 tablespoon vanilla protein powder

-1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

-1/4 teaspoon baking soda

-1 tablespoon mini dark chocolate chips


Next Step:

-Preheat oven to 350 F and set aside a 6oz ramekin.

-In a small mixing bowl, mash the banana with a fork.

-Then add in the egg and whisk.

-Next, add in the honey, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and butter.

-Whisk to combine. Set aside.

-In another small bowl, add in the flour, protein powder, cinnamon, and baking soda. Stir to combine.

-Pour the flour mixture into the banana mixture. Stir to combine.

-Add in the chocolate chips and stir.

-Pour the batter into the ramekin, filling it almost to the top.

-Bake for 21 minutes and then cover lightly with aluminum foil.

-Bake for an additional 9 minutes.

-Take out and let cool for 10 minutes.

-Serve and ENJOY!!
